Rescheduling Policy:

Any appointment that must be rescheduled please notify us by email by the day before your appointment. Please include at least three dates and times for rescheduling so we may assist you. The first reschedule is free, the second is a $10.00 charge. After that there will be a cancellation fee of $15.00

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to cancel appointments. Cancelations before the day of your appointment have a $5.00 cancellation fee, any cancellation the day of your appointment have a $15.00 cancellation fee.

Readings are subject to interpretation and should not be taken as absolute, or 100% accurate. All readings given are for entertainment purposes only, and no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy of a reading. Readings do not replace any professional advice or opinions including but not limited to legal, medical, business, or finance. It will not force or coerce you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control whatsoever over your free-will and common sense. All bookings must be made within one week of purchase and fulfilled within ten days for single bookings or two weeks for multiple bookings. Special scheduling may be available upon request for days outside of our normal hours.

No refunds after purchase on bookings, no exceptions. Emergencies can happen so if you do have an emergency we will allow one rescheduling for unexpected. You can contact us through the information provided when you schedule a booking.
